SIlver Ridge Farms was formed in December of 2000.  The Community was then turned over to the Home Owners on January 10th 2006.

There are a total of 72 lots in the Community. Currently, all but 5 of the lots have homes on them.

The Community also has 1 retention pond that is owned by the Home Owners Association and 2 entrances that are deeded to the Home Owners Association.
